Are you ready to tantalise your tastebuds?

I don’t know about you but there are SO many conflicting opinions out there about how to eat for hormone health that it can be a bit of a head fuck.

Eating for hormone health isn’t actually that complicated but I feel many of us have lost our way and we end up eating the same three recipes because we’re so confused by what to eat.

Which is why I created these meal plans - they’re simple to prepare, super tasty AND they tick all the boxes when it comes to the nutrients we need to nourish our hormones.

All you have to do is click on the plan that fits your dietary needs and away you go!

All the plans contain seven days’ worth of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and sweet treats but you probably won’t be making every single recipe every single day so you’ll have closer to 2-3 weeks full of recipes.

Also, when you download the plan you’ll receive an email with a little voice note recorded by yours truly with a bit of background on the recipes - why they’ve been chosen, what makes them hormone-balancing etc. (It’s always so much easier to do something when you know WHY right?)

The Plans

  • Omnivore Plan £25

    This is the plan for you if you eat everything - meat, fish, eggs, chicken, plants. Lots of variety and heaving with hormone-loving goodness.

  • Pescatarian Plan £25

    This is a plan for all you fish lovers out there - packed with hormone balancing omega 3’s and plenty of protein, this is a wonderful way to support your hormones.

  • Vegetarian Plan £25

    Plant-packed with an extra protein boost from eggs and some cheese, this is a great plan for all you veggies out there wanting to make sure you’re getting the right balance of nutrients.

  • Vegan Plan £25

    A veritable plant-powerhouse, this meal plan is designed to ensure that you can fully tap into the power of plants AND hit all your requirements for proteins, fats and carbs (which can sometimes be a challenge on a vegan diet).

*Please note: all of the plans share some similar recipes (plus recipes suited to individual dietary requirements).
