Episode 7: Redefining the festival experience: reflecting on our time at Shambala

In this episode Nat and Giulietta reflect on their experience of Shambala Festival where they were invited to give menstrual cycle workshops.

They both agree that the experience left them all fired up and more inspired than ever to spread the menstrual cycle word.

From being blown away by the number of people who showed up to their workshops, to Giulietta’s direct experience of having her period at a festival, to the amazing toilets set up by The Red Sea Travel Agency for people on their periods, this episode is a wonderful little insight into how the menstrual cycle took centre stage during their whole festival experience.

Now both Nat and Giulietta are on a mission to spread the word about creating more inclusive public spaces for people who are bleeding🩸
